History

A need was noticed to pay careful attention to collection, storage and processing of clinical samples which feed large data sets. Hence Vlakkraal GmbH was founded in October 2015 in Berlin, Germany. During March 2016 activities for Vlakkraal GmbH started with its first project in Sub-Saharan Africa serving a consortium to secure high value sampling. The project was finalized in June 2016. Since the first project, the value of this service was recognized and subsequent projects followed in Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe.
