Often poor quality of samples, insufficient logistical control or inconsistent sampling across sites during multi-centered studies prevent the high quality subsequent data generated from these samples to be used to its full potential. Study designPlanning of studies in the field of molecular health research, including sample types, numbers, processing and logistics.Grant writingAssisting a consortium/PI in order to prepare grant applications.Developing methods for challenging sample typesDevelop and test laboratory protocols/SOPs/methods for challenging sample types in the field of Molecular Biology and Immunology.Sampling workflow and logisticsEstablish appropriate sampling workflow, procedures and logistics at different sites to ensure the complementary inclusion of an additional study with studies presently performed at each site. Documentation systemDevelop and establish a documentation system if not in place in order to conform to GCP, GCLP and GLP, ensuring chain of custody as well as safety of samples and data.
Synchronized protocols between sitesEstablish protocols at various sites during multi-centered studies in challenging settings, and ensure synchronised operation of these protocols between sites in order to optimize the statistical use of results following analysis of samples.
